Whether the property you own (or franchise) is a “budget motel,” a “select/limited-service hotel,” or a “full-service” hotel/resort with multiple restaurants; midscale, upscale, luxury… no matter how you categorize your business, there is a great chance your property could make more money, be much busier, AND realize your opportunities to be more profitable if you agree to work with FlowerFieldz.
How does it work?
1) FlowerFieldz works directly with the Owner of the real estate and/or the owner(s) of the current third-party brand hotel franchise agreement (where applicable) to enter into a Hospitality Management Agreement with FlowerFieldz which allows FlowerFieldz to manage the Asset on behalf of the Ownership. Some agreements may give FlowerFieldz the Option to acquire the asset after a certain period of time, however this is not mandatory.
2) FlowerFieldz will manage third-party brands (such as Hilton and Hampton Inn, Marriott, Choice Hotels brands like Comfort Inn and Quality Inn, Best Western, and more) for our Owner Partners OR we also offer a Franchise Agreement with Property Owners if an owner wants to become a Franchisee to own a FlowerFieldz branded hotel/resort. Most partnership/franchise agreements are between 5-20 years, with renewal/extension options offered in most scenarios.
3) Our Fee Structure is transparent and guarantees more profit for Hospitality Management Partners, Hotel Franchisees, and Restaurant Owner.
We are paid a small percentage of revenue to manage the hospitality businesses, and all Owners/Franchisees have opportunities to retain a majority of the revenue earned by the businesses.
LEASE: Additionally, FlowerFieldz pays (deducted from the monthly Franchisee/Owner distribution) a lease/sublease of $1 per room + $1 per restaurant/bar seat + 50% of Total Gross Property Revenue to our Franchisees/Owner Partners, and we also pay for property utilities, internet, and associated operating costs. After FlowerFieldz fees are paid, the Franchisee/Owner keeps the remainder of the Gross Revenue each month.
Building/Franchise Owners are responsible for Capital Improvements, Property Maintenance Costs, and major Capital Expenditure Projects required as noted by FlowerFieldz, as well as for supplementing employee salaries.
Franchisee/ Partner Fee Structure: A relatively small percentage of Gross Revenue is shared with FlowerFieldz via Royalties and Mandatory Fees each month- and most of this money goes towards operating the business. For the sake of transparency, all FlowerFieldz Partners (Franchisees or Owner Partners) must be mindful of the following modest fee structure listed in the graphic below.

4) All line-level employees at each property are employed directly by FlowerFieldz in most partnerships, helping our franchisees and partners to limit costs and liabilities. Alternatively, our Franchisees may choose to directly employ staff themselves while licensing FlowerFieldz Hospitality Management systems if they would prefer to personally employ staff.
5) FlowerFieldz focuses relentlessly on implementing frugal management strategies that minimize operating costs and boost profit margins for your business.
6) We use our proprietary AI-infused technology and management strategies to maximize your property’s Financial Performance, Guest Experience, and notoriety.
